• With a measuring tape, measure the circumference around the chest
• Refer the size chart on the box to select your correct size
• Place the brace at the back and tie around the waist to a comfortable fit
• Now, pull the shoulder straps on both the sides and pass through the buckle at the back
• Pull and lock the straps simultaneously to a comfortable and snug fit
• The upper waist strap can be placed and lock with the straps to control the rotation movement of the spine
