Return / Replacement Policy

  1. Return is a scheme provided directly under this policy in which the option of exchange, replacement, or refund is offered.
  2. Return / replacement / exchange is provided within 7 days after delivery of the product.
  3. Return / replacement / exchange is offered if the product received is damaged or defective.
  4. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.
  5. The returns / replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.
  6. Please refer to the respective product page for any exceptions to this returns policy.
  7. Pick-up or replacement cannot be delivered to a different address.

Conditions for Return / Replacement

Your product will be checked for the following conditions:

  1. Correct Product: Name, image, brand, serial number, article number, and barcode should match. The MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
  2. Complete Product: All in-the-box accessories, freebies, and combo items (if any) must be present.
  3. Unused Product: The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without stains, and with non-tampered quality check seals, return tags, or warranty seals (where applicable).
  4. Undamaged Product: The product should not have scratches, dents, tears, or holes.
  5. Undamaged Packaging: The original packaging or box must be undamaged.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received by Medequip Healthcare Solutions Pvt Ltd and verified to meet the return conditions mentioned above.
  2. If a replacement cannot be processed for any reason, a refund will be issued to the original source of payment.
  3. For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days after successful return verification.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Customers can cancel an order before it is dispatched.
  2. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are out for delivery. However, customers may reject the order at the doorstep.
  3. If Medequip Healthcare Solutions Pvt Ltd cancels an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
  4. Medequip Healthcare Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests at any time.
  5. Medequip makes every effort to supply the products listed in the Order Confirmation. However, in certain situations (such as stock unavailability, discontinuation, price fluctuation, or third-party cancellation requests), the order may be cancelled. In such cases, customers will be notified and refunded in a timely manner. Refund of the amount paid will be the extent of Medequip's liability unless otherwise required by applicable law.
