Refund policy

Return/Replacement Policy

  1. Return is a scheme provided directly under this policy in which the option of exchange, replacement, or refund is offered.

  2. Return/replacement/exchange is provided within 7 days after delivery of the product.

  3. Return/replacement/exchange is offered if the product received is damaged/defective or the customer faces any size issue.

  4. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.

  5. The returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy for all products.

  6. Refer to the respective item's applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy.

  7. Pick-up or replacement cannot be delivered to a different address.

Conditions for return/replacement:

Your product will be checked for the following conditions:

  1. Correct Product: Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match, and the MRP tag should be undetached and visible. ( Should be intact as received).

  2. Complete Product: All in-the-box accessories, freebies, and combos (if any) should be present.

  3. Unused Product: The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).

  4. Undamaged Product: The product should be undamaged without scratches, dents, tears, or holes.

  5. Undamaged Packaging: The product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

Refund Policy

  1. For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by Medequip Healthcare Solutions Pvt Ltd in condition as mentioned in the return/replacement policy

  2. In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given to the original source of payment.

  3. In case of prepaid orders, Refund will be processed to original payment source within 5-7 days from the day the condition in point 1 is fulfilled.

Cancellation Policy

  1. The customer can cancel an order before the order is dispatched.

  2. You cannot cancel the order once it's out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.

  3. In case of any cancellation from Medequip Healthcare Solutions Pvt Ltd due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund is initiated for prepaid orders.

  4. Medequip Healthcare Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order at any time.

  5. Medequip makes every effort to supply the Products listed in your Order Confirmation. In some situations, however, we will need to cancel your order. For example, (1) the item is no longer in stock; (2) the item is no longer being produced; (3) there is a price fluctuation; or (4) a Third Party notifies medequip that cancellation is necessary. If this is the case, medequip will cancel your order, notify you of the cancellation, and timely refund the money you have paid toward the Order. Unless the case involves violations of applicable national law, refund of the money you have paid toward an order will be the extent of medequip's liability to you for a cancelled order.
