• With a measuring tape, measure the circumference 6inches above knee
• Refer the size chart on the box to select your right size
• Wrap the neoprene support around your knee so that the wider end is at the top of the knee and the narrower end at the bottom.The opening on the support should be over the patella
• Ensure that the hinges are at the sides of the knee
• Pass the top and bottom hook loop velcro straps through the rings and lock to a snug and secure fit
