• With a measuring tape, measure the circumference 6inch above the knee
• Refer the size chart on the box to select your right size
• Pull over the support over your knee so that the wider end is at the top of the knee and the narrower end at the bottom.
• Ensure that the hinges are at the sides of the knee and the support is correctly placed over the knee joint and has a snug and secure fit
