• With a measuring tape, measure the circumference around the ankle
• Refer the size chart on the box to select your correct size
• Pull over the support over your ankle so that the wider end is at the top of the ankle and the narrower end at the bottom.
• Ensure that the splints are on the medial and lateral sides of the ankle
• Now, tighten the brace with the lace locking mechanism
• Pull and lock the velcro straps to a comfortable and snug fit
